Part-Time Telesales Representative – Milton Keynes

Are you confident, friendly, and enjoy speaking with people? We’re looking for a motivated Part-Time Telesales Representative to join our client’s team and help generate new business opportunities within the spa industry.

About the Role

You’ll be contacting prospective customers from an established database to introduce our company and range of products. This is a relationship-building role focused on identifying opportunities rather than hard selling.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Introducing our company and products to potential customers.
• Offering to email our latest product catalogue.
• Identifying any current requirements and arranging quotations where appropriate.
• Confirming and updating customer contact details, including the key decision-maker.
• Making follow-up calls when appropriate (unless a customer has requested not to be contacted).

A full database, including contact names, telephone numbers, and email addresses, will be provided.

Hours & Location

Location: Milton Keynes
Working Hours: Tuesday and Thursday, 9:00am – 2:00pm

About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Confident and professional on the telephone.
• Friendly, enthusiastic, and enjoys building rapport with customers.
• Organised with excellent communication skills.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and identifying sales opportunities.

Previous telesales or sales experience is an advantage, but it’s not essential. If you have an excellent telephone manner, a positive attitude, and are eager to learn, we’d love to hear from you.
