The Role
This is more than just a sales job. You’ll be trusted to spot new opportunities, open up new markets, and build strong, lasting client relationships. This role suits someone who wants ownership, influence, and a chance to grow with a business that’s going places.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Winning new business and converting leads into long-term clients
- Identifying new sectors and market opportunities
- Playing a part in shaping product innovation
- Managing your pipeline through CRM tools and reporting
- Hitting your targets – and pushing beyond them
- Keeping ahead of the market and competitors
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in sales, account management or business development
- Entrepreneurial mindset – you’re proactive and commercially savvy
- Strong communicator and confident relationship-builder
- Organised, driven, and tech-friendly (Microsoft Office, CRM systems)
- Experience in Internal Sales, Hire Desk, or similar roles is ideal
