Type: Full-Time | Hybrid Working (2 days in-office per week, flexible)
Temporary – Initial 6 month contract. Monday – Friday 37 hours per week
We‘re currently supporting our client in the search for a skilled People Data Analyst with a strong background in HR data analysis. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced analyst to step into a role where they‘ll manage, manipulate, and control people-related data to support strategic decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse and manage HR data to identify trends, anomalies, and cost breakdowns (e.g. cost by role)
- Provide insight into salary data and organisational costings
- Handle data integrity, reporting and controls – particularly using Excel
- Support with Workday reporting (prior experience useful, but not essential)
- Produce accurate, data-led insights for stakeholders
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience as an HR Analyst or Senior Analystin a people or HR-related function
- Strong Excelskills – confident in formulas, pivots, lookups, etc.
- Good understanding of financial acumenand salary/cost data
- Comfortable navigating IT systems – including exposure to Workday reporting
- Attention to detail and ability to spot data issues or inconsistencies
