Location: North of Bedford (Transport Essential)

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Hours: Mon – Fri, 7.30am – 4.00pm or 8.30am – 5.00pm

Salary: £28,500 – £32,500 per annum

Our agency is recruiting on behalf of a market-leading supplier based just North of Bedford. They are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Internal Sales Representative to join their expanding team. This is a full-time, permanent role based at a relaxed yet professional office environment near Bedford.

This is a varied and fast-paced position where you will work closely with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and an excellent customer experience.

Key responsibilities include:

• Handling customer enquiries via phone and email
• Processing orders accurately and efficiently
• Maintaining records within CRM and accounts systems
• Providing after-sales support and resolving issues
• Coordinating deliveries, chasing ETAs and PODs
• Organising hire agreements and equipment installations
• Liaising with customers regarding off-hire dates

Requirements:

• 2+ years’ experience in a customer-focused role Previous
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ideally CRM systems (HubSpot preferred)
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment
• Experience with both hire and sales processes
• Motivated, ambitious, and eager to learn
