Temporary HR Delivery Managers – Business Change Project
Location: Remote/Hybrid – Travel to Huntingdon as required
Pay: £28.60 – £31.00 per hour
Contract: 1st October – Mid/Late December 2025
Hours: 37 hrs p/w

 

We’re supporting an organisation through a business-wide transformation project and are seeking three experienced HR Delivery Managers to join on a short-term assignment.

This is a project-focused role, offering the opportunity to play a key part in delivering organisational change and supporting employees and managers through an important transition period.

 


 

 The Role:

 

  • Support line managers with 1:1 consultation meetings and key employee communications.
  • Provide guidance and clarity on processes, answering questions and signposting support.
  • Coordinate schedules, set up meetings, and ensure accurate note-taking and documentation.
  • Keep trackers and spreadsheets updated to manage progress and next steps.
  • Build strong relationships and adapt your communication style to suit each individual.
  • Balance remote working with on-site presence in Huntingdon (as required).

 


 

 What We’re Looking For:

 

  • HR professionals with experience delivering projects involving organisational change.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices and UK employment processes.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and confident managing sensitive conversations.
  • Skilled in administration, documentation, and data management.
  • Flexible and proactive, able to adapt to business needs and shifting schedules.
