Depot Operative
Location: Huntingdon (Transport Needed)
Job Type: Temp Ongoing, Full Time
Pay Rate: £12.50 per hour
Hours: Mon to Fri, 8.00am – 4.30pm
We are currently recruiting a Depot Operative on behalf of our Huntingdon based client, based at their busy depot. This is a great opportunity for someone reliable and hands-on who enjoys working in a practical environment and has a very keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Unloading incoming deliveries from large storage boxes
- Sorting and organising inventory accurately
- Listing and assessing all items for damage
- Maintaining a tidy and organised depot area
- Following health and safety procedures at all times
Requirements:
- Previous warehouse or depot experience
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling and heavy lifting
- Good attention to detail when assessing and listing stock
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
- Own transport due to location
