Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 5.30pm

Our Shefford-based client, a leading provider of high-quality products and services, is seeking an enthusiastic Account Manager to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work primarily with repeat B2B customers and a smaller segment of B2C clients, helping to maintain and grow strong client relationships in a high-speed environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound accounts to support a consistent flow of high-quality client inquiries and orders.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Work with precision and attention to detail to meet and exceed client and customer expectations.
- Demonstrate business acumen and a hunger to learn, taking ownership of client needs and delivering tailored solutions.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in account management, customer service, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a business-focused mindset.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail.
- A proactive learner, with a passion for sales, who is eager to grow within a company.
