Construction Labourer & Telehandler FLT Operator

Location: Norfolk

Contract: Temp – ASAP Start – 21^st November

Pay Rate: £14.50 per hour

Hours: Monday – Friday, 8.30am – 5.30pm

We’re currently recruiting on behalf of an industry leading construction company based in Norfolk, seeking an experienced and dependable Labourer to join their team on a temporary basis. This role is an immediate start to provide cover until 21st November and requires a full driver’s license, Telehandler Forklift licence and CSCS card.

You’ll be working as part of a busy on-site team, supporting general construction and logistics operations. Your duties will include:

• Assisting with day-to-day site activities and manual labour tasks
• Safely operating Telehandlers Forklift as required
• Loading, unloading and moving materials around site
• Supporting skilled trades and site supervisors with ongoing works
• Ensuring all health and safety standards are followed at all times
• Keeping work areas tidy and assisting with general site maintenance

Requirements:

• A valid CSCS card
• A Full UK Drivers Licence (essential for site access and transport)
• Telehandler and Forklift tickets – in date and nationally accredited (no in-house)
• Previous experience working in a construction or site-based role
• Good communication skills and a proactive, can-do attitude
