Occasional driving to clients (UK driving license required)

Are you a proactive business developer with a passion for growing relationships and delivering upon targets? Are you ready to take ownership of key client accounts and play a pivotal role in a growing, purpose-driven company? If so, we want to hear from you!

As the Portfolio Account Manager for this business, you will be:

• Managing and growing a portfolio of existing clients, including key accounts
• Identifying new opportunities and upselling packaging solutions
• Providing outstanding service, building trusted long-term relationships
• Pricing, proposing, and negotiating contracts and stock agreements
• Planning and forecasting to ensure smooth seasonal supply
• Taking full ownership of client accounts 
• Attending virtual and occasional in-person meetings
• Occasional UK travel required (1-2 times/month); full UK driving licence essential

To be suitable for this role, you will have the following skills and experiences:

• Proven experience of account management or B2B client services, with a track record of growing existing accounts
• Experience within a packaging or printing environment is very desirable but not essential
• Experience of using SPOCS ideal
• Strong excel skills
• Strong commercial skills including quoting, pricing, and negotiating
• Confident communicator, comfortable with senior stakeholders and virtual client meetings

• £30,000 – £40,000 depending on experience
