Location: North of Bedford (Own Transport Essential)

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm

Job Type: Permanent, Full Time, Onsite

Salary: £25,400 per annum

Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing team in a dynamic food production environment?

We are seeking a dedicated Production Operative to join our client’s tight knit team and help produce, package and dispatch high-quality products for their world class brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, bake, and monitor production processes to ensure consistent and high-quality results.
• Measure and mix ingredients accurately following recipes and procedures.
• Operate and maintain production equipment efficiently and safely.
• Apply product labels and ensure packaging meets company standards.
• Conduct quality checks and report any issues to supervisors.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation to uphold hygiene and safety standards.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and suggest process improvements.

Requirements:

• Experience in a food production environment is desirable; full training will be provided.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
• Good communication skills and a proactive attitude.
• Basic proficiency in English essential to ensure clear communication and adherence to safety procedures.
• Physical capability to perform production tasks, including standing for extended periods and lifting materials.
