Finance Accountant (Qualified)

Location: Bedford

Contract: ASAP Start, Temporary Ongoing, 37.5hrs

Salary: £25.00 per hour

Our client, a well-established organisation in Bedford, is seeking a qualified Finance Accountant to join their busy Finance team on a temporary basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on professional to support a dedicated team during a particularly busy period.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the budgeting process and preparation of financial forecasts.
• Support year-end activities, including reconciliations, reporting, and audit preparation.
• Undertake ad hoc financial analysis and project work as required.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial information.

Requirements:

• Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
• Proven experience in budgeting, year-end, and financial reporting.
• Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
